Real Stories of Recovery

“I came to Recovery Care pretty much on my last legs, literally and figuratively. I was highly addicted to fentanyl & cocaine, amongst other drugs. I was a mess & did not know if I’d get through my struggles. An outreach worker brought me to Recovery Care. I was inspired & hopeful when the staff treated me with kindness and no judgment whatsoever. I have hope for today and tomorrow, and a large part of that has been the awesome entity that is Recovery Care.”

– Sean

“Anonymity, respect, understanding & compassion, only a few of the reasons Dr. Breau and the staff keep me moving forward in my journey back from my addiction nightmare.”

– Jamie

“My name is Mike and I’m here to say that Recovery Care has saved my life and thanks to the wonderful staff who are friendly and caring, and the doctor is very understanding and considerate to your addiction.”

– Mike

“They are really good at what they do and very nice. I would let everyone know to come to this clinic. I have had nothing but good help and care. Thank you for being awesome.”

– Tracy

“The staff at Recovery Care are polite & friendly. They always greet me with a smile and make it an enjoyable experience every time I have to come see the doctor. Whenever I am struggling, they always do what they can to help me out or at least point me in the right direction. Often people make recovering addicts feel badly about themselves but when I am here, no matter if I am doing good or bad, they always treat me with respect & make me feel like I am worth something.”

“Recovery Care has honestly changed my life/saved my life, long story short. Never met such genuine caring people who really understand addiction and treat you like a normal person. I’m very thankful for all the staff/workers. Even at the lowest points in my life they always took time to talk to me. And no matter how low I was I would always go home feeling better. Could not imagine where I would be or doing if this place did not exist…thank you to all of you for your hard work and caring.”
