Caduceus Group

The Caduceus Group is an in-person and confidential support group for healthcare professionals — including physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and others — who are navigating challenges with substance use or addiction.

Located in Ottawa and serving the surrounding area, this group provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where participants can meet face-to-face with peers who understand the unique pressures and responsibilities of working in healthcare.

The in-person format allows for stronger connection, accountability, and shared understanding, creating a trusted space for meaningful recovery discussions and professional support.

Please note:

• If you are already under the care of an Addictions Physician,there is no requirement to transfer your care to participate.
• If you are not currently under such care, or would prefer Dr. Gopalan to take over your addiction care, a transfer can be arranged upon request.
