Virtual Care
The Virtual Care Program is designed to provide essential support to individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and addiction by offering accessible, remote healthcare services. This program is particularly beneficial for those who:
- Have work commitments that make in-person visits difficult.
- Live in remote areas or outside the Recovery Care service area.
- Feel uncomfortable attending a clinic due to stigma concerns.
Program Eligibility & Referral
Individuals can self-refer using the contact form below, or physicians can submit referrals through the RAAM referral form. Acceptance is determined by a physician based on each person’s treatment needs.
